Supply and delivery limits

Global checkout accepts only destinations currently supported by our shipping configuration. A country in an address form does not guarantee delivery to every location there; checkout and the carrier must support the destination. Customs rules and local import charges may also apply.

Available quantities vary by product, size and color. An item in the cart is not reserved. We check availability during checkout and payment verification. If an item is unavailable or important listing details are wrong, we will contact you before accepting the order.

Orders normally take 3–5 business days to prepare before dispatch. Busy periods or made-to-order notices may extend this estimate. International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers or customs. See our Shipping policy.

Before accepting an order, we may decline it for unavailable stock, a significant pricing or listing error, an unsupported destination or suspected payment fraud. We will inform you and address any verified funds received. This does not remove mandatory remedies for orders we have already accepted.
