Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases from HỘ KINH DOANH TIỆM THỎ, 386/61 Lê Văn Sỹ, Phường Nhiêu Lộc, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and can enter a binding contract.

We make products in small batches. Colors may vary by screen, and handmade items may show reasonable differences in dimensions, placement, stitching, texture, or color between pieces. These expected variations are not defects. Product descriptions and photographs are intended to be accurate, but minor non-material differences may occur.

Global prices are shown in USD and exclude tax. For new orders, Stripe-hosted checkout shows final applicable taxes and the total before you authorize payment.

For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for destination duties, import VAT, customs charges, and brokerage or handling fees. These amounts are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise and are not refundable by Tiệm Thỏ.

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. New Global orders use Stripe-hosted checkout. Payment is confirmed only after our system verifies Stripe's payment webhook; a browser return does not prove payment. Historical PayPal orders follow their saved instructions and require manual payment verification. An order is accepted only after payment is verified and we send confirmation. An automated acknowledgement or pending payment screen is not acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance because of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, destination restrictions, or unavailable stock. If verified funds were received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Stripe checkout reservations expire with the payment session. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.

Processing and delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes as required by applicable law. Please provide a complete, accurate address and cooperate with the carrier and customs. The Shipping policy forms part of these terms.

You may request cancellation before preparation or dispatch. We may decline once preparation begins unless the law provides otherwise. Change-of-mind returns after dispatch follow our Returns policy; rights to complain or seek remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost goods remain protected under applicable law.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or inventory, submit unlawful content, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use the shop for fraudulent resale or payment activity. We may limit access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, Tiệm Thỏ is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, customs delay, or loss caused by inaccurate customer information, customer instructions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Claims and remedies for goods or services are assessed under applicable law. These terms do not impose a compensation cap that reduces mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Courts or competent dispute-resolution bodies in Vietnam may hear disputes, but customers outside Vietnam keep any mandatory local consumer protections and forums that cannot legally be waived.
